Access to Homes

Access to Homes is a program that provides financial assistance to home owners or renters that need accessibility modifications to better access their homes. Examples include: wheelchair ramps and lifts, handrails, easy-to-reach kitchen work and storage areas, lever handles on doors, roll-in showers with grab bars, etc.
