NeON Sports offers free swimming, basketball, boxing, tennis, horseback riding, gymnastics and other sports programs to young New Yorkers, including those on probation. Offered in seven locations citywide, NeON Sports programs build confidence, enhance social skills and increase motivation to succeed in the classroom, while teaching the benefits of goal-setting and practice.
Starting in January 2023, NeON Sports will host boxing and mentorship classes for young people living in Brownsville and Bed-Stuy. This is a fundamental, skills, and fitness initiative designed to engage your mind, train your body, and make your voice heard! There will be no physical fighting.
In order to participate you must submit both a boxing enrollment form as well as the appropriate boxing waiver for your age. See below.
