The Project Management Department is responsible for managing rehabilitation and modernization work at the Authority's developments, community centers, and police service areas. The Department consists of three project management teams and a Field Operations unit. The teams provide comprehensive oversight of architectural, engineering and contract administration services to ensure that capital projects are delivered safely, on-time, within budget and with the quality dictated by the contract documents.

The lifecycle of a capital project consists of planning, design, procurement, construction and closeout phases that are managed by a project manager.
