NYCHA’s A Blueprint for Change is a set of ideas for improving residents’ home while protecting their rights. At the core of this work are NYCHA’s efforts to deliver better services to residents in a range of critical areas, transform as an organization, and bring our buildings the capital investment they need to support the generations of New Yorkers to come. NYCHA is engaging residents, staff, and other stakeholders so we can develop these ideas and make progress together.
