Other Ways to Pay Rent

Pay Rent by Phone

Don’t have an online option available – you can also pay your rent by calling NYCHA’s Phone Payment System at 1-866-315-6355. Paying by phone is safe, convenient, and faster. Payments made before 3:00 PM are credited on the same day. Plus, you save money by not having to mail a check. A phone payment with an eCheck only costs $.30 – far less than a stamp! You can also use a Visa or Mastercard debit card, but a payment processor fee will apply. (See Fee Schedule)
