If you are in immediate danger, please call 911.

Hotlines provide help, support, information, and referrals. Most hotlines offer free 24-hour assistance and, in some cases, provide over-the-phone crisis counseling.

If you call 311, you will be connected to the New York City Hotlines, or you will be offered phone numbers for other resources.
