Municipal Advisor Disclosure

The New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority (the “Authority”) has retained municipal advisors and a swap advisor who will represent the Authority and who the Authority will rely on to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial products generally (including investments of bond proceeds and escrow investments).

Through September 30, 2019, the Authority’s municipal advisors are Lamont Financial Services Corporation (“Lamont”) and Drexel Hamilton, LLC (“Drexel”). The contact persons at Lamont are Bob Lamb and Renee Boicourt. The contact person at Drexel is Tom Mead.

Pending approval by the Authority’s Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2022, Lamont and Frasca & Associates, LLC (“Frasca”) will serve as municipal advisors to the Authority, and Mohanty Gargiulo LLC will serve as swap advisor. Lamont and Frasca are expected to serve as financial advisor on NYW bond issues on a rotation basis. The contact person at Frasca Sonia M. Toledo.

Accordingly, this certificate may be relied upon until September 30, 2022 or until its earlier withdrawal (notice of which will be posted on this website). If a proposal received will be seriously considered by the Authority, the Authority will share the proposal with its appropriate municipal advisor(s). The Authority makes no representation as to the independence of its municipal advisors with respect to any individual municipal market participant.
