The Conflict Management consultation supports those who are seeking guidance to effectively manage and respond to conflict in their workplace. Conflict management sessions begin with a conflict assessment with a Center staff member, who explores the relationships and dynamics that are at play in the conflict. With the help of the participants, Center facilitators co-create a strategic intervention design and steps for implementation.
The consultation typically weaves together some of the Center's core offerings as well as strategic planning and external resources that may be most appropriate and useful. It is common for these consultations to include a series of one-on-one or group meetings and an implementation and evaluation phase.
