Procurement News

PASSPort will be replacing the paper-based VENDEX process and will become the primary portal to do business with the City. This means that all disclosure information which was previously submitted as a paper-based VENDEX package will now be submitted online by vendors in PASSPort. Submitting your disclosure information online in PASSPort will be required for your upcoming contract award and/or future contracting opportunities with the City.
