Health Benefits Program

The City of New York (City) acting through New York City Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations (OLR) in cooperation with the Municipal Labor Committee (MLC) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to understand qualified organizations’ capabilities to provide a comprehensive, cost-effective employee health benefit program. This RFI seeks information from a wide range of organizations. Interested qualified firms may submit responses to this RFI to the City and the MLC. This program will have a target effective date of January 1, 2024.

Deferred Compensation Plan

International Value Equity Investment Management Services

The New York City Deferred Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) is seeking qualified vendors to provide international value equity investment management services for the International Equity Fund (the “Fund”) investment option of the Plan. The objective of the Fund is to provide exposure to the broad international equity market. Qualified vendors that do not currently provide product capabilities to eVestment must submit product information to NEPC, LLC at the following e-mail address: bvertucci@nepc.com.

Management Benefits Fund

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR GROUP DENTAL ADMINSTRATIVE SERVICES (RFP)

The Management Benefits Fund of the City of New York (“Fund”), which is a division of the Office of Labor Relations, is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to provide Group Dental administrative services for those participating in the Fund and their dependents. Current eligible headcount consists of 26,400 active and retired members and 26,600 members’ dependents for a total of approximately 53,000 covered lives. This includes the management, supervisory, and administrative employees of the City not covered under a collective bargaining agreement. The Fund also requires that the vendor administer the billing for the Fund’s Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA).

Proposals in response to the RFP are due July 8, 2022.
