OLR Procurement and RFP Center

Please be advised that, prior to downloading any procurement documents, including an RFP, you must register your company as a recipient by sending your company's information to us. Registration will allow us to add your company to our Vendor lists, enabling us to inform you of future solicitations. When you register you should indicate which products, services, or investment funds your firm would be interested in. Once you register you should check back regularly and download any addendum relating to any RFPs currently on the market.

M/WBE Program - Local Business Participation

The Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations (OLR) is committed to the goals and strategies of Section 6-129 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York, which established the City's Minority and Women Business Enterprise Program. Section 6-129 details certification, contract participation goals, business assistance and administrative procedures to promote the utilization of firms certified by the New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS) for contract and subcontract opportunities.

Current Contracting Opportunities

All current solicitations are published on the City Record Online.  OLR may make non-competitive small purchases of up to $500k directly from certified M/WBEs. Examples of such purchases are IT services and IT equipment. Opportunities for M/WBEs using this method will be posted on this website as they arise.
