Physical activity plays a major role in keeping our minds and bodies healthy. Adults should aim to get 30 minutes of physical activity, five days a week – but it doesn’t have to be all at once!

Our Move More program provides resources and opportunities to help City of New York employees get moving at every level of fitness and ability from wherever you are.
