Commuter Benefits Program (PIN: 131FY1800001)

The Financial Information Services Agency and the Office of Payroll Administration (“FISA-OPA”) is seeking a vendor to provide and manage a Commuter Benefits program for Participating employees as outlined in the attached RFP (PIN: 131FY1800001).

There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference on March 6, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at 5 Manhattan West (450 West 33rd Street), 4th Floor, Conference Room 1, New York, NY 10001-2633.  Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory, but is strongly recommended.  Any vendor planning to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference must pre-register with the Authorized Contact Person at CBRFP@FISA-OPA.NYC.GOV by March 2, 2018. (Note: Each attendee must present photo ID in order to enter the building.)

All proposals are due on March 27, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. and must be submitted in accordance with the instructions specified in Section IV of the RFP.

Financial Institutions to Participate in NYC Employee Direct Deposit Program

The NYC Office of Payroll Administration, in collaboration with the Mayor's Office of Operations and the NYC Office of Financial Empowerment (together, "the City"), is requesting Statements of Qualification from financial institutions willing to provide a free checking account to City employees, as well as to other individuals who receive recurring payments from the City, when such employees or other individuals opt to receive direct deposit of their City payment into such checking account.

Three copies of the response to this Request for Statements of Qualification ("RFQ") must be submitted and should be addressed to:

Local Law 40 of 2011 requires agencies to post certain memoranda of understanding and similar agreements ("MOUs") entered into among governmental agencies.

Contract Renewals

Commuter Benefits Program

The Office of Payroll Administration, in accordance with Section 4-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, has exercised its option to renew the Commuter Benefits agreement with WageWorks, Inc. ("WageWorks"). As part of the renewal, WageWorks will continue to administer transit and parking accounts for eligible City employees to purchase transit fare media.

The Commuter Benefits contract has been renewed for two (2) years.  The term of the contract is from September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2018.

The Financial Information Services Agency and the Office of Payroll Administration have awarded Information Technology and Other Consultant Services contracts to a total of thirty-eight (38) vendors in five separate classes. Beverage and Snack Vending Machines

A license for the installation, operation, and maintenance of beverage and snack vending machines has been awarded to Systems Vend Management. The initial term of the license is five (5) years commencing October 3, 2016 and concluding on October 2, 2021, with one (1) five (5) year renewal option at the sole discretion of the agency.

The Banking Services contract has been awarded to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. The term of this contract is five years, from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020, with one two-year renewal option, from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
