The NYC Office of Payroll Administration, in collaboration with the Mayor's Office of Operations (together, "the City"), is requesting Statements of Qualification from financial institutions willing to provide a free checking account to City employees, when such employees opt to receive direct deposit of their net pay into such checking account.
Three copies of the response to this Request for Statements of Qualification ("RFQ") must be submitted and should be addressed to:

There is no deadline for submission of a response to this RFQ. The City will accept responses on a rolling basis.

Local Law 40 of 2011 requires agencies to post certain memoranda of understanding and similar agreements ("MOUs") entered into among governmental agencies.
OPA has not identified any covered MOUs or similar agreements to date. Please check back for future updates.
The Commuter Benefits Program contract was awarded to Edenred Commuter Benefits Solutions LLC. The initial term of the contract is five (5) years, from January 18, 2019 to January 17, 2024, with two (2) three (3) year options to renew at the City’s sole discretion at the same terms and conditions as the underlying contract.
The current provider for the New York State approved Paid Family Leave (PFL) Policy is Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. The term of the contract is three (3) years, from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023.
The Information Technology and Other Consultant Services contracts were renewed with the 34 vendors listed below. The term of the renewal is three (3) years commencing July 1, 2020, and terminating on June 30, 2023. The City has one additional option to renew this agreement for three (3) years.
A license for the installation, operation, and maintenance of beverage and snack vending machines was awarded to Systems Vend Management. The initial term of the license is five (5) years commencing October 3, 2016 and concluding on October 2, 2021, with one (1) five (5) year renewal option at the sole discretion of the agency.
The Banking Services contract with JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. was renewed. The term of the renewal is two (2) years, from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
