Current City employees of Mayoral Agencies, the Department of Education, the New York City Housing Authority, Elected Officials and other PMS Agencies can choose to have their W-2, 1127 Waiver and 1095-C forms delivered electronically instead of by paper copy.
Electronic Delivery is voluntary, secure, and accurate.
Employees who choose this option will receive an email providing instructions for accessing their electronic W-2, 1127 Waiver, and 1095-C forms. The electronic version can be printed and/or saved.
If you do not choose electronic delivery you will continue receiving paper copies from your agency.
Login to your NYCAPS Employee Self-Service (ESS) account and change your W-2 print and delivery status as illustrated below.
Note: CUNY employees must see their College campus payroll officers to select electronic delivery.
If you have previously chosen electronic delivery, you do not have to re-enroll. Your W-2 statement is available at NYCAPS Employee Self-Service (ESS).
