The Mayor's Office of Operations performs a variety of functions that assist agencies in managing their performance as well as programs that assist the public.

The HHS-Connect unit manages digital and cross-agency initiatives designed to increase City residents’ access to resources and enhance the City’s capacity to deliver services.

Providing excellent customer service to the public is crucial and therefore Operations also tracks customer service satisfaction at the agency level.

This Customer Service unit additionally provides guidance to agencies to further improve their customer service.

The Audit Services unit coordinates internal and external audits conducted by both governmental and non-governmental entities.
