On request, the Department of City Planning will verify in writing the zoning district(s) in which a property is located. Requests for official Zoning Verification letters should be made in writing, and should include the address, borough, tax block and lot(s) of the property and your contact information in case we have a question. The fee for a zoning verification request is $110.00 for each separate property; however, a property comprised of multiple contiguous tax lots is treated as a single request.

DSF Information for the Department of City Planning
Local Law 27 amends the Administrative Code of the City of New York, in relation to the designation of Disability Service Facilitators at City agencies. The law instructs each City agency to designate an employee as the Agency’s Disability Service Facilitator. This individual ensures the Agency complies with and carries out its responsibilities under the ADA and other Federal, State, and Local Laws and regulations concerning accessibility for persons with disabilities.
