Thank you for your interest in meeting with the Department of City Planning. To facilitate the management of your request, we ask that you provide us with some basic information.
Please note that meetings are accommodated on a limited basis due to staff availability, and that not all requests can be accommodated. Please make your request a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your intended visit dates to allow for processing of your request.
If you are a foreign government delegation, please contact the Mayor’s Office of International Affairs at email@example.com. Kindly provide them the names and titles of the members of the delegation, their area(s) of interest, and dates on which the group is planning to visit New York City. They will work with you to set up a meeting with the agency best suited to the interests of the delegation.
