As of 01/11/2019 the modified procedure for submitting applications includes making an official appointment as listed below.
If you anticipate a conflict with your scheduled appointment, please call the telephone number listed above. Please be advised that lateness or early arrivals to a scheduled appointment may not be honored. Please further note that it is not permissible to leave any environmental or final land use application materials for official filings with the Receptionist or other Department Staff. All official filings must be handled by Central Intake Staff only. Draft land use application materials can be left with the Receptionist. For draft land use application materials, no appointment is required but please ensure your materials are addressed to the appropriate division at the Department. Thank you.
Applications must meet the following requirements:
The requisite number of completed applications, including all forms and required attachments, must be submitted in fully assembled sets. An application that is not completely filled out or lacks a required form, attachment or check for the appropriate fee will not be accepted for processing.
