This page includes City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) Environmental Assessment Statements (EASs) and Determinations of Significance for projects** that have advanced to a scheduled City Planning Commission Review Session for Certification or Referral for Public Review and that have concluded in a Negative Declaration or a Conditional Negative Declaration.  In some instances, a Technical Memorandum, Revised EAS and/or Revised Determination of Significance is published, if warranted (for example, if a project is subject to a City Planning Commission modification).

Additional CEQR materials are available as noted below:

  • CEQR materials for projects for which a draft or final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has been published are available on the EIS Documents page. Draft EISs are published in advance of the City Planning Commission Review Session where the project is anticipated to be Certified or Referred for Public Review. Final EISs are published at least ten calendar days prior to the City Planning Commission vote.
  • Public Scoping CEQR materials, published at least thirty calendar days in advance of Public Scoping Meetings, are available on the Scoping Documents page.
