960 Franklin Avenue Rezoning - Environmental Impact Statement

On January 29, 2021, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the 960 Franklin Avenue Rezoning proposal.

A public hearing on the DEIS will be held at a later date to be announced. Advance notice will be given of the time and place of the hearing. Written comments on the DEIS are requested and will be received and considered by the Lead Agency until the 10th calendar day following the close of the public hearing.
