Peninsula Hospital Site Redevelopment - Environmental Impact Statement

On September 13, 2019, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Peninsula Hospital Site Redevelopment proposal.

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at 10:00 am in the City Planning Commission Hearing Room at 120 Broadway, Lower Concourse, New York, NY 10271, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Written comments on the DEIS were requested and accepted through Monday, August 26, 2019. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and updated analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
