On August 25, 2017, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the South Avenue Retail Development.
A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at 10:00 am at Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, New York, New York, in Manhattan, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Written comments on the DEIS were requested and were received and considered by the Lead Agency until August 7, 2017 the 10th calendar day following the close of the public hearing.
