On June 22, 2018, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Two Bridges LSRD. A public hearing on the DEIS was held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at 10:00 am in the City Planning Commission Hearing Room at 120 Broadway, Lower Level, New York, New York 10271.  Comments were requested on the DEIS and were accepted until 5 pm on Monday, October 29, 2018.
