Intensive Community Monitoring

The Intensive Community Monitoring Program (ICM) is designed to help juvenile probation clients make good decisions and avoid being sent back to detention facilities. ICM also engages parents or guardians to help monitor the youth while their case is pending.

Clients who are in ICM receive:

  • Frequent school and home visits
  • Daily phone call from their Probation Officer
  • Curfew monitoring
  • Counseling
  • Referrals to court-ordered services
  • Drug testing
