Members of the public can sign up to testify at virtual public hearings via Zoom Web and/or via Phone at least 24 hours in advance of hearing. We strongly encourage people to submit written testimony. All written testimony will be read by Commission members.
Please be advised that any personal information you provide in your comment or testimony will be publicly available and will remain part of the public record.
A certain amount of personal information is required to submit comments or testimony. If you do not wish personal information beyond that which is required to be made public on the record, do not include it in your comments or testimony.
Furthermore, do not provide anyone else’s personal information unless you have their express permission in advance to do so.
The Commission will not play pre-recorded video testimony from members of the public at our hearings. The Commission only accepts written testimony submitted in a commonly available file format (including .doc, .rtf, .txt and.pdf).
