Open to the Public: 

The Municipal Library and Archives' public research rooms at the New York City Department of Records & Information Services (DORIS) are open to the public with appropriate health and safety protocols in place. The research rooms are open from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Please e-mail research@records.nyc.gov to make an appointment.
