The City of New York's Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) Program expands opportunities for minority and women entrepreneurs to access government contracts and grow their businesses. WE NYC (Women Entrepreneurs NYC) is an initiative based out of the NYC Department of Small Business Services that is dedicated to helping women start and grow their businesses.
