Personal Exemptions

Inquiries related to personal exemptions (e.g. Veteran, Star, Senior) appeals can be sent directly to tcpersonalexemptions@oata.nyc.gov.  Please note that the status of a pending application will be provided only to an individual if the contact information provided in the inquiry matches Tax Commission records.  

Not-For-Profit Exemptions

Inquiries related to not-for-profit tax exemption appeals (e.g. religious, charitable) can be sent directly to TCexemptions@oata.nyc.gov for a faster response. Please note that the status of a pending not-for-profit application will be provided only to an individual or firm if the contact information provided in the inquiry matches Tax Commission records.
