TLC Transcripts, Video and Minutes from Public Hearings

At Commission Meetings, TLC's Commissioners vote to approve or deny changes to for-hire base licenses, hear public testimony on proposed changes to TLC rules and vote on proposed rules and pilot programs. In order for the Commissioners to conduct a vote, at least five TLC Commissioners need to be present at the meeting. All Commission Meetings are open to the public and are noticed at least a week in advance.
