Environmental Control Board Hearings at OATH

Thirteen different City enforcement agencies issue summonses and notices and file them at the City's Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) for Environmental Control Board (ECB) Hearings. Summonses that are filed at OATH for ECB Hearings are non-criminal summonses.
