Due to the COVID-19 emergency, this meeting will be held via video conference. Members of the public can join the public meeting via their computer (preferred) or phone. The Board will accept public comment at the beginning of the meeting (prior to discussion of the variance request) and each speaker will be limited to three minutes. If you would like to sign up to speak during the public comment section of the meeting, please register for the event (instructions below) by 8:45AM on April 14, 2020. If you want to speak during the public comment period, you will need to connect to the meeting via your computer.

To access via computer: Go to our WebEx Event Page. On the top left side of the screen, click 'Register' and fill out the form. If you would like to speak during the public comment section of the meeting, please indicate this on the registration form. Once you fill out the form, you will be emailed an event password to use to join the event along with a link to 'Join event'.

To access via phone: Call 408-418-9388. You will be prompted to enter an access code. The access code is 710 334 378.

Additionally, the Board welcomes written comment prior to or after the meeting. Written comments can be emailed to boc@boc.nyc.gov.
