CCRB Closing Reports

At the conclusion of an investigation, a closing report is prepared, summarizing the relevant evidence and providing factual and legal analysis of the allegations. The closing report is provided to the Board before it reaches a disposition. A panel of three Board members (a Board Panel) reviews the case, makes a finding for each allegation, and, if allegations are substantiated, determines the disciplinary recommendation for each subject officer.

If your search does not yield the closing report you are looking for and you know the related case is closed, learn how to submit a FOIL request here.
