Account Unenrollment Error for Automatic Payments

Due to a system error, certain DEP account holders were unenrolled from the automatic payment program. These customers have received an email detailing the specific actions they need to take if they wish to re-enroll their account for automatic payments. To re-enroll, affected customers should visit their My DEP Account and login using their user ID and password. Once logged in, customers can proceed to re-enroll in the automatic payment program.

We would like to apologize for this inconvenience and will be providing a credit on the affected accounts on the next billing statement.
