NeON Scholars provides free tutoring and Regents test prep to young people across NYC. In the spring of 2024, NeON Scholars is hosting free in-person Regents preparation classes in the Staten Island NeON.

In-Person Regents Algebra I Regents Prep — Tutoring + Games to Help You Pass Your Regents!

  • Learn & Earn! $15 per session attended + opportunity to earn an additional $10 in class
  • Bring a friend and earn an additional $15 bonus until seats are full
  • Attend at least 8 out of 11 sessions and earn a $75 completion bonus
  • Digital gift cards emailed to you weekly
  • 2-3 classes per week starting May 1, 4:15-6:00pm at 340 Bay Street Staten Island
  • Pizza and MetroCards provided

 

Eligibility

NeON Scholars is open to young adults in high school and GED programs. Priority will be given to people living or going to school in neighborhoods with NeONs or young adults on probation. 

NeONs are located in Bed-Stuy, Brownsville, East New York, Far Rockaway, Harlem, Jamaica, Northern Staten Island, and the South Bronx.
