The Landmarks Preservation Commission is located in Manhattan on the 9th Floor of the David N. Dinkins Municipal Building located at 1 Centre Street, at the intersection of Centre and Chambers streets, across from City Hall. A photo ID and security check are required for entry into the building. Our offices are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
The 4, 5, and 6 Brooklyn Bridge station, and the J and M Chambers Street station are underneath the Municipal Building.
