Only the property owners can trigger the autopay credit, delegate profiles are not able to sign up for e-billing and cannot trigger credit.

How soon should I expect the $50 credit?

The account will be credited automatically once the criteria are met. Customers will receive a $50 credit on their next bill after their first autopayment brings their account balance down to $0.00.

Can my $50 credit be revoked?

Yes, if any of the qualifying conditions are not met for 6 months, your $50 will be revoked. You must stay on autopay, monthly billing, e-billing, and your account must stay in good standing for at least 6 months after the credit is applied to your account.

Can I request a refund for the $50 credit on my account?

No, this is a non-refundable credit and will be applied to your future bills.
