eSHARE Data System

The Electronic System for HIV Reporting and Evaluation (eSHARE) is the NYC Health Department's data reporting system. This system collects information from all agencies that deliver HIV services funded by the Fund for Public Health of New York City.

eSHARE provides a unified information system that allows data to be available in real time and accessible by all stakeholders.

eSHARE Training

Canned Reports and End User trainings cover four focus areas: Prevention, Ryan White, Administrator and Canned Reports.

To view available training sessions (including online events), visit the Eventbrite Training List.

Each session is limited to 20 participants, and registration ends the day before the training. If a training date or time changes, you will receive an email with updated details.
