Inspections and Testing

The Inspection unit will receive and review your request. If needed, the Inspection unit will send a request for additional information.

Once all information is received, the Inspection will be scheduled, and you will receive a confirmation with the date and time for your Inspection. If a contractor is scheduling on behalf of the owner, it is the contractor’s responsibility to notify the owner of the scheduled inspection.

Inspections requested to be scheduled after normal business hours (overtime hours) will be subject to additional overtime rates in accordance with the fees listed in the 2022 Fire Code (Appendix A).
