NYC Parks Request for Bid (RFB): Pushcart, Mobile Food Unit or Food Cart

When responding to a request for bid, individuals must submit a bid deposit and a bid offer, or the fees that the individual intends to pay Parks for the concession.

These permits are usually for a five year term.
