City agencies, boards or commissions may submit intake electronically directly to the OATH’s Trials Division via the Internet Intake system. A valid email address is required to use the Internet Intake system.
Do *not* submit the same intake more than once. When the intake is received, OATH’s Calendar Unit will send an electronic calendar appointment via email.
