Report Adverse Vaccine Events 

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is a cooperative program of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug Administration. VAERS is a post-marketing safety surveillance program, collecting information about adverse events (possible side effects) that occur after the administration of U.S. licensed vaccines. Exposure during Pregnancy The Antiretroviral Pregnancy Registry is a voluntary prospective, exposure-registration, observational study designed to collect and evaluate data on the outcomes of pregnancy exposures to antiretroviral products. Report Child Abuse and Maltreatment

If you suspect that a child is being abused or neglected, report it immediately by calling the New York State Central Register Child Abuse & Maltreatment Hotline. Report Water Tank Inspections

Owners of buildings in New York City that use tanks to store or pressurize the building’s drinking water must have the tanks inspected at least once each calendar year, and must submit the results of those inspected to the Health Department by January 15 of the next calendar year.
